American-born Californian artist signed to Pony Canyon record label. After 7 years (at the time) of living in Japan, he released his first Japanese album ‘American Shounen’ at age 26. The song ‘Rock City Boy’ is about his numerous encounters with a stunning woman in the country (as you’ll see in the music video).
The song was used as an opening theme to the anime ‘Fairy Tail’
